QA & Automation Test Engineer

Full-time Calicut / Hybrid Experience: 2–5 Years

Build automated test suites for web and mobile platforms using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and Postman.

Role Focus

▹
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
▹
Perform API testing, performance testing, and load testing using Postman, JMeter, and K6.
▹
Integrate automated test runs into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous delivery quality.
▹
Create test plans, test cases, and bug reports with clear reproduction steps in Jira.
▹
Conduct regression, smoke, and exploratory testing for each software release cycle.

Qualifications

✓
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python for writing test automation scripts.
✓
Experience with modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium WebDriver.
✓
Strong knowledge of API testing (REST, JSON, status codes, headers).
✓
Solid understanding of Agile QA processes and software testing lifecycles.
