Lead digital product design, user research, interaction prototyping, and comprehensive Figma design systems.

Role Focus

Conduct user research, persona creation, user journey mapping, and wireframing for complex web & mobile apps.
▹
Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and sleek visual interfaces in Figma.
▹
Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and visual guidelines.
▹
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
▹
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure flawless design implementation.

Qualifications

✓
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes for web and mobile products.
✓
Mastery of Figma, FigJam, component variants, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
✓
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and micro-interactions.
✓
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and constraints.
